Such a lovely place, but definitely not up to par, the air conditioner was broken, and it smelled like a dungeon, and good luck trying to sleep with noisy neighbors, and after 4 calls no one seemed to care, I expected a room upgrade or at least a nice apology, but alas, just couldn't give a good review.

Very clean hotel, perfect disign, polite and helpfull personal, good breakfast. Not bad location for the transit routes from Ukraine to Europe by car.
